Outside Bar Hire at Walcot Hall

If you require a bar at your event at Walcot hall, you shouldn't skimp on quality or service. We regularly run events at Walcot Hall, Lydbury North and Jack is the designated licensed person for that venue. To demonstrate our service we may boast that we did the bar for the manager of Walcot hall's own wedding. Here you may see what other people have said about our service. Entertainment
We are able to arrange entertainment for your event if required, these can be from the bands that play in the White Horse Inn (see our event listings) or if you know of a band or a type of music we will attempt to find something suitable from our contacts in the industry. We also can arrange a local DJ. 

Other Services
We are able to provide a wine waiter and waiter service when required. However, if this requires additional staff there may be a charge.

Costs
There will only be a charge for our outside bar service, if we will lose money by servicing your event. The bar costs for your event are detailed in the table at this link. Costs.

Booking
To book. Please choose which form you require, public events are those, for which you are selling tickets to the public to attend, private events are those where all attendees are by invitation.
