Bar Staff
You will perform the following daily tasks:
Daily duties
� To greet, acknowledge and say goodbye to all customers.
� Serve customers drinks and food.
� Keep front table area, garden, patio, bar and dining room clean and tidy.
� Keep toilets stocked and tidy
� Wash and put away glasses, polishing wine and shot glasses.
� To keep stock levels behind the bar topped up using stock rotation.
� To take food orders both at bar and at table, to serve food, clear and reset tables.
� To show guests to their rooms.
� Change barrels, dispense gas and post-mix when required.
� To deep clean all areas behind bar on a regular basis and whenever needed.
� To report any health and safety concerns.
� To monitor and minimise waste.
� Empty waste containers and store rubbish appropriately.
� Report any damage or any items that appear to have been stolen.
� Report all discrepancies in stocks / deliveries to managers.
� Keep the bar clean and tidy at all times.
� Polish brass as required.
� Empty waste containers.

� Make suggestions to improve the standards of service given to our clientele, reduce waste and improve general business profitability.

When cleaning staff are not working the
next day to clean the pub at the end of the evening shift.
� Clean toilets and washrooms supplying new soaps, toilet rolls as required.
� Sweep and mop linoleum and tiled areas.
� Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
� Clean, dust and polish furniture and fittings.
� Carry out high dusting.
