Under 16	From £4.75
Under 17	From £5.00
Over 18	From £6.00
Catering Assistants	From £12.00 per session

Bank holidays and special event dates (Greenman Sunday, Blues and Blues festival, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and Beer Festival Saturday) are paid at time and a half.

 

Additional rates are subject to experience.

 

An annual index linked pay rise is given from the first January of each calendar year after completion of one full calendar year.

Staff are not paid for time on breaks e.g. while eating or smoking, breaks are only given after shifts of six hours or more.

Staff are encouraged to have their wages paid directly into a bank account.

Benefits

Staff are allowed to consume a limited amount of soft draught or squash drinks during the working period. Food will be charged at a lower rate to the customers rate.

Bonuses

Are paid after one full year’s service.

Front of house staff (bar and waiting) are given a bonus on how much they put through the till, this is paid on a four weekly basis.

Kitchen staff are given bonuses after 40 covers are served after their first years service. This is paid weekly.

Are developed on an individual basis.
