We supply a fully mobile bar service, which we can put almost anywhere.

We regularly run events at Clun Memorial Hall, for which we won a franchise in 2002. Also, we regularly supply bars at premier local venue Walcott Hall, Lydbury North .

We have also furnished bars at the Quarry, Shrewsbury: Wistanstow, Aston-on-Clun, Chapel Lawn, Bucknell and Kempton village halls; and at private dwellings. With regular bookings at Clun Greenman Festival; Clun Carnival; St. Georges' School, Clun and for Clun Cricket Club. Photographs.

Costs

There will only be a charge for our outside bar service, if we are going to lose money by servicing your event. The bar costs for your event are detailed in the table at the link below.

For example if you require a bar from 4.00pm to 12.00am (8 hours) to which you have invited 140 people. The price on the costs table is £950.00. If the bar takes £1,000 including the cost of welcome, wines and table drinks there will be no charge, however if the bar takes £930 we will charge you £20.

We are quite happy for you to be present with my staff for counting the till at the end of the event. Note we have found that the majority of events at which the hirers buy table drinks and welcome drinks from us and not a caterer have no fee levied upon them.

Alternatively if you would like to purchase your own wines we will serve them at table at a corkage cost of £3.00 per bottle. (This fee too will be subtracted from the final cost.)
