Outside Bars
We supply a fully mobile bar service, which we can put almost anywhere.
We regularly run events at Clun Memorial Hall, for which we won a five year franchise in 2002. Also, we have run mobile bars at main local venues such as Walcott Hall, Lydbury North; the Quarry, Shrewsbury: Wistanstow, Aston-on-Clun, Chapel Lawn, Bucknell and Kempton village halls; and at  private dwellings. We have also furnished bars to Clun Greenman Festival; Clun Carnival;  St. Georges' School, Clun and for Clun Cricket Club.

Entertainment:
We are able to arrange entertainment for your event if required, these can be from the bands that play in the White Horse Inn (see our event listings) or if you know of a band or a type of music we will attempt to find something suitable from our contacts in the industry.

We also can arrange a local DJ, we suggest Mystikal Productions.

Other Services:
We are able to provide a wine waiter and waiter service when required. However, if this requires additional staff there may be a charge.

If you require assistance in dressing your event e.g.. balloons and other party goods we recommend  you use Jacko's

Costs:

There will only be a charge for our outside bar service, if we are going to lose money by servicing your event.  The bar costs for your event are detailed in the table at this link. Costs

For example you require a bar from 4.00pm to 12.00am (8 hours) to which you have invited 140 people. The price on the table is £950.00. If the bar takes £1,000.00 including the cost of welcome and table drinks there will be no charge to you, however if the bar takes £930.00 we will charge you �20.00, so that we do not lose money. I am quite happy for you to be present with my staff for counting the till at the end of the event. Note we have found that the majority of events at which the hirers buy table drinks and welcome drinks from us and not a caterer have no fee levied upon them.

To book. Please choose which form you require, public events are those, for which you are selling tickets to the public to attend, private events are those where all attendees are by invitation. After completion please send the form to the address at the top of this page. We will not apply for a license for an event unless we receive a signed application form.
